Hope you read/watched “Day 15” on possible trauma to our gut from herbicides, gmo, processed foods.
We feel so much better when we eat a) very little and b) clean, real foods….b/c
1) Crap foods contain stuff that….isn’t good for us…ew!
2) Our Gut Flora/Bacteria can do what they need to do.
Overeating (or being in a constant state of digestion) just crushes those poor organisms. Combine that with ingesting chemicals that actually KILL the gut flora and destroy the climate…then it’s no wonder GUT HEALTH has become the focus for everything…weight management, digestive problems, mental health, immune system, diabetes, and on and on. Those buggers are important.
And it’s a simple issue…live/eat to keep your Gut Healthy, then everything else is taken care of!
