WORKOUT: Recover, Mobility
Do this work when you choose to…don’t leave it until you have to.
There are loads of materials online to access (ex., see below for some Eric Cressey…look for sensible and credible stuff).
You ought to have a pretty solid go-to routine, but every few weeks, look up something new, focus on a new body part, learn something.
Cue up some youtube yoga. Or take a class at a studio or gym.
Duly noted…don’t wait for an injury to do mobility.
