Some brain learnin’ for you today.
So, Intermittent Fasting. Simple idea.
The argument goes…people have adopted Fixed Fasting…we eat in the morning, fast to noon, eat, then fast to dinner, eat, then fast overnight. Or people, with access to constant low-cost food, eat all day and fast overnight.
That’s out of whack with our design. We were designed to take in calories variably, sporadically, in an Intermittent fashion.
