WORKOUT: Speed Ladder
(rest what you work)
(replay from June 4)
Essentially all fitness is adaptive. We all vary on genetics, physical development, athletic history, motivation, and cognitive ability…so we adapt exercise to fit those variables.
Thoughtful trainers or coaches do proper evaluation and programming based on individual characteristics.
Though, if you need adaptive assistance, whether from injury, illness, or congenital issue…seek out qualified professional advice.
And it could be simply “it hurts when I do this” or “I’ve done this an not gotten results”, etc…where you may get some insights into your specific adaptations.
