Study shows that specialization is related to greater knee and hip injuries. What we can learn from that? Diversify…doing the same thing over and over (even if it’s considered “constantly varied”)…ie, specialization, could put us at risk.
Eat less…then move in a variety of ways…and get plenty of rest!
