So when we are trying to shed that gnarly layer of fat by implementing some IF principles, seriously is it too hard not to eat for 16, 20, 24 hrs? I mean, really. It’s not like we won’t eat when that time is up. And it’s not like we need the cals. Seriously, just fast. Step back from it, from the incessant fawning over feeding time, the mindless addiction to readily-available-low-cost food. Isn’t it all at once laughable and sad, how folks march to the tunes, “I have to have lunch,” “Want a snack?” “Ok, but after I eat something.”?
Before something goes in, ask “Why, what’s the purpose? What’s the quality?” Even when it’s in the mouth, ask “Was it just habit, did I need the texture/aroma?” (and btw, not too late to Dikembe that food, if you just hankered the texture/aroma :/)
