Well, we all know the dehydration effect…the headaches, the lethargy, the ugh!
And stay away from sports drinks. The calories and additives are not helping. In fact, they may be dehydrating you.

Bottom line, drinking to thirst (ad lib drinking) rather than pre-programmed is best in most situations. And that’s water!
Especially for children, too. Water over sports/energy drinks (the dyes alone skeeve you out!).
And if you don’t even do that, then on cometh the headache!
