Alike…don’t call food paleo that isn’t. No Paleo-chocolate-chip-cookie or paleo-brownies. They aren’t and never can be.
They are part of the Standard American Diet. So just eat the real thing.
C’mon now, dag, that is soooo crazy! Just eat stuff…hell, if you want bread, cake, pies, tarts, pasta, and lucky charms, then pile them in a bowl and eat them! Paleo-this, paleo-that is so OOC. What’s the big problem with understanding it, and presenting it properly. Esp then when paleo blogsters look like they shop the middle grocery aisles and watch Bravo all day, rather than hunt red meat and piss on whiteboards…and are selling paleo-bundt cake…Oh, whellll.
