Fun Power workout for the earbud generation! I don’t wear earbuds when working out, but I see both sides to this heated topic!
Music Mania Power
*****This workout is basically 6 x 3min rounds. You can make it fun by just using songs as the clock and do it with a partner*****
Rounds/Songs 1, 3, 5: 5 KTE, 5MB Cleans, 5 Pushups
Rounds/Songs 2, 4, 6: 5 Squat Jump, 5 Bicycle Crunch, 15m sprint (down/back)
(other possible exercises: Swing, Jumping Lunge, DB Press, Bear Crawl, etc)
-Pick 6 songs and get them cued up. (see suggestions below…song length less than 3 minutes)
-Work for the length of the song.
-Rest that amount of time (ie, rest what you work).
