*Mid-day: Chicken/Jalapeno omelette
*Evening: Salad & Beets
Dats plenty! 2 meals a day is ideal
Combine varied eating times (an “intermittent” schedule) with:
*Hand made, clean food
IF approaches vary:
*Random meal skipping (my approach, I call it Intermittent Feeding)
*1 in 7 (fast 1 entire day each week)
etc, etc, etc..
Try out some IF variation for 2 weeks. Lengthen your fasting windows, shorten and vary your eating windows…it’s a great tool to re-balance the gut, brain, blood; also a good reality check of how much food you are taking in.
Once adapted, you’ll find it hard to even imagine WHY and HOW you ate so much food each day. Your entire body, every single system will thank you!
