Now, it’s easy to tell people what to eat.
Eggs, Kraut (or kimchi or kambucha…something fermented)
Meat (a variety of beef, chicken, fish)
Veggies (diverse, mostly cruciferous)
There are still some mistakes people make though:
Those mistakes come from people not taking it seriously. That’s silly stuff, right. Like for totally real, eat less, eat real food, what’s the fu@&king problem with that?
But there may be a true problem beyond that, so far beyond that….
We may be talking about higher stakes….endocrine disruptors, carcinogens, synthetic estrogens, tumor agents, neurotoxic substances…what then?
We shop clean meats and clean veggies. We avoid the grocery “aisles.” Go down those aisles…Walk down the wasteland middle aisles of a grocery store…that sh$t has a stranglehold on the body and the psyche.
It think (think) we avoid that stuff b/c it’s beyond “being fat” or “being fueled for a WOD”…we avoid that stuff b/c somewhere in our brain we think it is bad, bad, bad sh$t!!
Tough stuff to percolate on! Today we are starting with the controversial Stephanie Seneff, talking about Glyphosate.
