To get fat.
Lazy days of summer passing by (maybe got lax on the eating?).
Fall routines now setting in.
And maybe the threat of that long run from Halloween candy through Holiday cookies is looming, intimidating you.
Well, it’s time then to get the shit wired tight.
We know the drill.
Lose the sugar…all of it, gone.
Eat real foods.
Load up fats (good stuff of course, fishy fats, olives, avocado, nuts, etc)
Intermittently vary eating schedule.
Hydrate (water and tea).[Pick an easy, replicable plan…like chicken breast and salad. Over and over. If you think you need more diversity, it’s an excuse. Don’t.]
Eggs, kraut, chicken, salmon, chili, tuna (salad), veggies/green salad.
No sugar, load the fat, real food, intermittently.
Oh, and move…all kinds of moving…for mental health!
