George knows: “Muscles are torn in the gym, fed in the kitchen, and built in bed.”
So we got the NeeBoo bands, and they are handy indeed. Of course you can use for mobility and stretching. And they also provide good resistance for strengthening (see Exercises at their webpage…Donkey Kicks will cure any high hamstring issues!).
I’m a huge fan of resistance tubes & bands, in general. They provide enough resistance for strength relative to most of our daily, real world, functional lives. And it’s easy to keep good joint alignment without the banging of weights. And of course, the many mobility moves you can do with them.
In your IPL (Injury Prevention Library….doesn’t everyone have one?) have bands, a stick roller, foam roller, lax ball, rope (we also have an Orb and Trigger Point rollers for those places that need more push back than a foam roller gives). And just give 15 min. a day.
