The pursuit of the one diet and exercise program, the perfect plan, is tricky.
That’s why we come here to share, NOT exactly what to do, but ideas of what might work on your journey and lifestyle.
For example, my week (and my interpretation of IF, and close to how I “normally” eat) is:
Mon pm to Tues. pm 24 fast (only coffee)
Tues pm eat protein-veggie
Wed noon eat nuts
Wed pm eat protein-veggie
Thurs am optional protein shake w/ raw egg, eat again Thurs pm
Fri eat around 11….
It has just worked for me. And I’ll eat oatmeal, or potatoes, or rice, or even buttered noodles (oh, velvety deliciousness, you must be the work of Sauron!), bread, beans, rolls, croissants, and pasty pies b/c those are legitimate foods that people all over the world eat with little ill effect.
This isn’t “the one way”! Promoting the ONE PLAN – an extreme position – just puts people in a bad spot. These are inappropriate manipulations of people: ONE PLAN to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.

Paleo Diet Myths
It just might be looking for the Perfect Plan that is the problem. Maybe you are looking for the Perfect Diet and Exercise PLAN, when you should be looking for the Perfect Diet and Exercise PLANS! Ha!
