WORKOUT: Aerobic 45
Surprised by these new Panama Papers?
Not in PSYCH 101. Paul Piff at UCBerkeley has studied the relationship between wealth/status and ethics. Consistently, wealth is related to high rates of stealing, cheating on games of chance, rude driving behavior, taking more candy designated for children, and endorsing lying at work. Self-interest gone rogue.
Relation to fitness? Good question…how about…only count a rep if it truly counts. You know, ass2grass squats, chest2ground pushups, etc, etc. If your workout partner(s) are crushing your times and rounds, they might not be more fit than you, just wealthier.
